This listing is for a brand new thermostat kit for a Johnson or Evinrude outboard.  It contains a new thermostat and thermostat gasket.  They replace OMC #434841 and #310058.
NOTE:  This thermostat also has applications for Mercury and the packaging could list either.  It works on the models listed on BOTH.
